Go deeper with our midweek services. We have midweek services most Wednesdays at 6:30pm. Call the church office ahead of time to verify which groups are meeting.

Lesson 1: Ten Times More Spiritual Zeal![]()

We've started a new six-week series called "Ten X" — and it's all about refusing average and pursuing multiplied spiritual impact.![]()

Here's the big idea: God never calls us to average devotion. He calls us to wholehearted pursuit.![]()
![]()
Spiritual zeal isn't hype. It's not personality. It's great energy and passion in pursuit of something that matters. And when Jesus becomes our Savior, He also becomes our Lord — which means He takes first place.![]()

Three ways we grow in spiritual zeal:![]()
![]()
1. Zeal begins with wanting more of God. If the fire has dimmed, we don't manufacture passion — we ask God to rekindle it.![]()
![]()
2. Zeal for God's house. We need each other. Spiritual maturity doesn't happen in isolation.![]()
![]()
3. Zeal for the lost. We're sent people. Not all of us move overseas, but we all live sent — at home, at work, in our neighborhoods.![]()
![]()
So here's the prayer: "Lord, rekindle what has dimmed. Strengthen what remains. And set our hearts ablaze again."![]()

Ten times more zeal. Not louder. Just deeper.![]()

Lesson 8: Blessed Are Those Who Are Persecuted![]()

This Sunday, Pastor Jeff wrapped up the Beatitudes series with a message that challenges everything our culture tells us. Jesus said, "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."![]()

Here's what stuck with us:![]()
![]()
When we live like Christ, opposition will come. But here's the key—persecution isn't caused by being rude or harsh. It's caused by authentic righteousness. The hostility isn't really aimed at us; it's aimed at Christ within us.![]()

Jesus calls us to something radical: Rejoice. Be glad.![]()
![]()
Why? Because:![]()
- We are closest to Jesus in those moments. Like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the furnace, God doesn't keep us out of the fire—He joins us in it.![]()
- Our reward is eternal. This world is not our home. Faithfulness now leads to glory later.![]()
![]()
The Beatitude isn't about loving suffering—it's about loving Christ more than approval.![]()

Next week we start a brand new five-week series called "Ten X"—about pursuing multiplied impact in five areas: zeal for the Lord, a vibrant spiritual community, ten times more kindness, grace, and spiritual power. The series ends on Easter, so plan to be here every week.![]()
